2nd Year anniversary and fundraiser for GROW North Texas

Join us on Saturday October 4th to help us celelbrate our 2nd year anniversary and to raise money for a non-profit GROW North Texas.  They are helping to educate sustainable living through nutrition and cooking classes and supporting local farmers.  Pancake breakfast starts at 9 am. 5 speakers that day inlcude:  10 am Organic Feeds, 11 am Top Bar Beehive Demo, noon Poultry husbandry and Biopod Demo, 1 use of Essential oils for Emergency Preparedness and 2 pm Fall/wiinter garden.  Total price for the entire event is $25 per person.  Price also includes a self-guided map for the 1st West Side Urban Farm Frolic showcasing urban farmsteads such as beekeeping, backyard chickens, gardening, rain barrels etc. Tickets can be purchased at the door.
